Features

Sunglo has long been known to produce show feeds that are intentionally designed to help support immense muscle mass in show pigs by providing enhanced amino acid levels, including digestible lysine and five other important amino acids, all balanced to support lean growth. Now with Smooth in our lineup, we have altered the amino acid levels, fat and fiber content to allow the feed to naturally feed softer and with less extreme shape.

Feeding

Smooth is a balanced, complete meal (ground) feed that can be fed as the complete ration for your show pig, up to 8 lbs per head per day, depending on many factors.  We recommend starting slow with lower feed levels to make sure they are consuming the feed offered to them in a timely manner. We recommend transitioning off your current diet over a 5 day timeline to help prevent any gastronomic upset.
